When is Check-in and Check-out?

Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.

Is tobacco and cigar smoking allowed at Outlook Lodge?

Outlook Lodge has a no smoking policy in all rooms.

Is Outlook Lodge handicapped accessible?

Yes. Please call for details.

Are pets allowed at Outlook Lodge?

No pets are allowed for the comfort of all our guests.

How do I make a reservation?

Please call (719) 684-7959 to make a reservation, reservations are held with a credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, and cash) I charge one day’s deposit for cancellation within 7 days of reservation. If more than seven days, the charge will be half the deposit. Four weeks in advance or more, you will be fully refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

If reservation date is within the week of cancellation, there is no refund. If cancellation is two weeks out, I refund half. More than two weeks out, I will refund the room charge excluding my processing costs.

What is included in our stay?

The room charge includes HDTV, Wi-Fi, freshly prepared brekfast including eggs and meat,if desired, access to the lodge and its gathering areas, patio and front porch. Hottub is available when lightening is not occurring. There is food storage for limited items available at no cost.

Do you discount for more than a two day stay?

Yes, we do. It depends on the number of people and rooms.

Well-behaved children are always welcome.

Guide and companion dogs are welcome.
